Williams Martini Racing decided to change things up this week and give everyone a glimpse of their new car via Twitter Friday.
This year's car, named the FW40, commemorates Williams' 40th year in F1. For this reason, the team chose to skip the name FW39. The video published by Autosport magazine shows a 3D rendering of the new car from various angles.
The video also shows how the team has brought the 2017 regulations to life, showing the increased front and rear wing size as well as the increased size of the sidepods and barge boards.
Williams' driver lineup will see the return of Felipe Massa after announcing his retirement last season. He will be joined by young F1 debutant Lance Stroll ahead of pre-season testing on February 27th at the Circuit de Catalunya.
Last season Williams Martini Racing scored 138 points and finished 5th in the constructor's championship.
