Roger Penske Joins Forces with former IndyCar owner John Menard

Team Penske announced on Tuesday, Menards, will appear on Simon Pagenaud's car for Indianapolis 500 and the race at Road America.
This will be the first time in 13 years that Menards will be primary sponsor in IndyCar.
The home improvement store company will be Simon Pagenaud's Dallara/Chevrolet for the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500.
“I’ve always looked up to Roger and his methods,” Menard said.
“Penske perfect was always the goal. I always stressed that we had to do things perfect because I know guys who could do it that way.”
Menard’s will remain an associate sponsor on Pagenaud's car for the rest of the season.
John Menard claimed his first IndyCar title in 1997 with Tony Stewart. Two years later, Greg Ray gave him a second title.
In 1995 Menard won two Indy poles with the late Scott Brayton and the following year with Stewart.
Roger Penske’s Indianapolis 500 record is an impressive one with 16 race wins and 17 poles.
The 100th Indianapolis 500 is scheduled for May 29
